Sheikh Faizal Ahmad Manjoo holds a PhD in Islamic finance and is a well-established academic in many European Universities. He has trained high profile individuals for Central Banks and Ministry of planning, CEO's etc. in many jurisdictions He is also a lawyer and a well-known Shari'ah Scholars who advises multinationals on Islamic finance and Islamic law. He has helped to develop many Islamic financial products and presently is working on more projects such as Islamic occupational pension, food security in public health and Islamic pedagogy.
MUFTI FARAZ ADAM

Mufti Faraz Adam is one of the well-known Muslim Scholar in UK. He spent almost a decade studying Islamic law in the United Kingdom and South Africa where he qualified as a Mufti. He then went onto completing a master’s degree in Islamic Finance, Banking and Management at Newman University in 2017. During the years, he has attained various finance-industry qualifications such as the IFQ, CIFE and is a Certified Shariah Advisor and Auditor (CSAA) from the AAOIFI. Mufti Faraz has provided Islamic finance consultancy in many jurisdictions and is presently the Head of Research at the National Zakat Foundation.
Shaykh Ibrahim Peerbhai

Shaykh Ibrahim Peerbhai is a Shariah scholar with several years of experience and expertise in Islamic Law and Islamic Finance. Since completing the traditional six year Aalimiyyah course in 2008, Shaykh Ibrahim has been lecturing on Islamic law and finance. In 2016 he obtained an MA in Islamic Finance and Management from Newman University in Birmingham. The combination of his Aalimiyyah degree along with his MA enables him to focus on the Shariah related issues in the emerging Islamic financial products. Shaykh Ibrahim was also part of the Shariah supervisory board which developed a Takaful product for France.
Mufti Faizal Dada

Mufti Faizal Dada is an English Law graduate and AAOIFI certified Shari’ah scholar, with a Masters in Islamic Banking and Finance and a BA in Business and Management. Faizal has also completed an Ifta course and is therefore certified to give Fatwa (legal edicts) on various aspects of Shari’ah. together with this he has a multi-disciplined background in law, Islamic Banking and Finance, Shari’ah and Arabic. His area of work is Islamic Finance and the legal sector, bringing together the knowledge of both in order to meet client needs.
Juneid is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He has over 40 years of experience in various areas of accounting such as audit, corporate tax planning offshore investment, feasibility projects. He gained a wide experience in the accounting fields while joining various chartered accountant firm. He was a also partner at KPMG (Mauritius) in the 1990’s. He was involved setting up and managing companies, assisting with international structuring to benefit under double taxation treaties, setting Fund Management Companies and Mutual Funds and administering the same. He was active as director for few companies.
Dr Amer Rashid
Dr Amer Rashid, is a dedicated and highly competent professional who has been very successful in both his academic studies and working career which spans 19 years’ experience in Veterinary Public Health, Meat, Poultry, Pharmaceutical and Halal Food Industry in Technical and Business Development roles here in the UK and abroad. Professional qualifications include: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from University of Agriculture (Pakistan), MSc in Meat Science & Technology (UK), Veterinary Meat Inspection, Business courses include Project Management-APMG (Prince 2-Foudation).
Dr Salma Sairally
Dr Sairally is an economist by profession with a specialisation in Islamic Finance. She obtained her PhD from Loughborough University, her Masters in Islamic finance from Portsmouth University and her BSc Economics and finance from University of New South Wales, Australia. She is a consultant, and a trainer in Islamic finance. She is well-respected in the field of research and is presently the Research Consultant at the International Shari’ah Research Academy for Islamic Finance (ISRA), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is also the Editor of the ISRA International Journal of Islamic Finance.
Haroon Miftahuddin is a well-established solicitor in City London. He holds an LL.B plus a Masters in Islamic finance. A solicitor with over 15 years of legal experience in Family law, commercial property, wills and probates and general litigation. He is also geared up towards financial regulation. Currently he is the managing director of Wentworth Solicitors based in London.
Dr Sami Hazoug
Dr Sami Hazoug is a well-known French researcher in the legal field. His main research specialisation covers the following areas: procedural law, laws of obligations, international trade law, internal and international arbitration, and ethical finance. He was in charge of the e-MBA Islamic Finance programme at Strasbourg university, France. Dr Sami is a legal advisor for Minarah Consulting on French law.
Dr Alija Avdukic
Dr Alija Avdukic holds a PhD in Islamic Economics and Finance (2016) from Durham University. He also completed his MA in Islamic Banking, Finance and Management (2010) from Gloucestershire University. He became an associate fellow of the Higher Education Academy in (2015). Before that, he also completed his BA (2003) and PGDip (2007) from Al-Azhar University, Cairo. Dr Elija has developed an acumen for market research and surveys. His main specialism is Islamic moral economy.

Dr Asif Zaman Asif has over 20 years of extensive business management experience in diversified industries. His entrepreneurial experience ranges within sales, retail and project management to the property development sector. Dr Asif is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and an academic fellow of the Association of International Accountants, FAIA (ACAD). He is a full time Senior Lecturer in Strategy and International Business, teaching in the areas of Islamic Finance, Accounting and Finance, Strategic Management and International Business Management at Cardiff School of Management. He is an AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organisation for Islamic Finance Institutions) compliant CIFE (Certified Islamic Finance Executive).Asif is also a Co-Editor in Chief of the 'International Journal of Islamic Marketing and Business Strategy (IJIMBS)' published by IGI Global, USA. He is also a book reviewer for a range of publishers including Cengage Learning, Kogan Page and Palgrave.
